Description

Secure and manage security systems across Azure, multi-cloud, and hybrid environments. Own the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of security controls.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security systems including DLP, SIEM, UEBA, and endpoint protection.
• Conduct threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments to eliminate system and network vulnerabilities.
• Lead security incident detection, response, handling, and forensics efforts.
• Audit systems and processes for compliance with policies and security best practices.
• Develop monitoring and visibility capabilities for information systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 3+ years of experience securing the MS Azure landscape.
• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft/Office 365 security and Active Directory (Azure and on-premises).
• Experience with SIEM/UEBA and EDR tools/platforms.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Regular Expressions.
• Experience with proactive risk mitigation, including penetration testing and network vulnerability assessments.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and services.
• Background in Software Development and/or DevSecOps.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CCSP, GAIC, or MCASEA certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Linux, or agentless data security platforms.
• Additional programming or scripting experience.
