Description

You will manage operational governance of security controls and monitoring within cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks for cloud environments, systems, and tools in collaboration with architects.
• Establish security policies, guardrails, and automation mechanisms to detect and mitigate non-compliant actions.
• Own remediation best practices and create technical runbooks to support service owners.
• Conduct proactive monitoring and monthly business reviews to analyze security trends and potential impacts.
• Manage security escalations and produce situational awareness reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and Azure Functions.
• Strong background in Azure Network Security and cloud security operations.
• Experience managing security across AWS, Google, Oracle, and Azure environments.
• Ability to synthesize actionable security insights from data-rich, ambiguous environments.
• Proven capability in developing automation for security mitigation.
• Experience building metrics, dashboards, and transparency mechanisms for security governance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
