Key Skills: Cloud Security, Azure, Governance

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own Azure cloud security architecture and operational security controls across subscriptions and landing zones.
• Implement and manage Azure security services including defender for cloud, sentinel, key vault, and app gateway/waf.
• Enforce identity and access security using azure policy, rbac, pim, and conditional access aligned to zero trust principles.
• Harden Azure networking security using nsgs, asgs, firewall, and private link; validate secure connectivity patterns.
• Build and maintain governance frameworks and security baselines using infrastructure-as-code (bicep/arm/terraform) and landing zone patterns.

Skills Required:

• 10+ years of experience in cloud security, architecture, or governance roles
• Azure and cloud security with 7+ years hands-on azure security experience
• Azure security services: defender for cloud, sentinel, key vault, app gateway, waf
• Identity and policy controls: azure policy, rbac, pim, conditional access
• Networking security: nsg, asg, firewall, private link; plus zero trust and secure-by-design methodologies

Good to have:

• Governance experience and familiarity with regulatory/compliance frameworks such as iso 27001, cis, nist, and gdpr
