Description

Lead data modernization and migration projects from architecture design through deployment and optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and efficient data platforms using Azure Databricks and Azure Data Services.
• Define and implement best practices for data ingestion, transformation, governance, and monitoring.
• Oversee data platform performance to ensure scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical direction and mentor engineering teams on delivery quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical approaches with business goals and project timelines.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years of experience in Data Architecture and Solution Design.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Databricks for data engineering and analytics workloads.
• Deep understanding of Data Fabric concepts within Azure ecosystems.
• Proven experience in data and platform modernization initiatives at enterprise scale.
• Expertise in designing ETL pipelines and real-time data processing architectures.
• Strong command over data security, governance, and compliance best practices.
• Proficiency in DevOps, Solution Design, and Data Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to guide teams in implementing reusable patterns and automation.
