Description

You will design and implement cloud-based data platform architectures and lakehouse patterns using Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Implement lakehouse designs using Databricks and related tools.
• Draft high-level architecture and key design decision documents for governance approval.
• Collaborate with customer teams to gather requirements and finalize technical specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend tools based on specific project requirements and fitment.
• Design data models optimized for end-user reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Azure implementations.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, and Delta Lake.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and PowerBI.
• Proficiency with Azure Key Vault, Automation Accounts, and PowerShell.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Database and Big Data platforms.
• Experience with cloud data platform design patterns and deployment.
• Ability to prepare and present formal design documentation.
• Capability to collaborate with and challenge customer architecture teams.
