Description

Design and deliver end-to-end cloud and data platform architectures, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design solution architectures for Azure data platforms and collaborate with Product Managers to define capabilities.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts using Diagram as Code tools and present designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture review calls and provide implementation guidance to ensure adherence to design principles.
• Develop and demonstrate Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate architectural patterns and tools.
• Support cloud service deployments by identifying risks, dependencies, and operational nuances.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience in data engineering or solution architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and Databricks.
• Strong engineering background with C# and/or Data Engineering.
• Proven experience working as a Software or Solution Architect.
• Strong experience with Diagram as Code tools for architecture documentation.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing solutions specifically on the Azure Data Platform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development practices.
