Description

You will architect scalable, cost-effective enterprise data solutions across GCP and Azure platforms. You define the technology strategy, roadmaps, and future-state designs for the organization's data portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design and document data architecture at conceptual, logical, and physical levels, including data flow and sequence diagrams.
• Lead data design, modeling, and master data management across all organizational data systems.
• Establish technology roadmaps and strategy for data platforms, services, and semantic layer design.
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance through metadata management and taxonomies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Proficiency in Azure Purview for data governance and metadata management.
• Experience with Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Monitor, and Azure Log Analytics.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Knowledge of data lakes, data warehouses, and semantic layer design.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
