Description

You design and implement secure, scalable cloud data solutions on Azure and AWS, translating business requirements into technical architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data lakes and warehouses for reporting and AI/ML workloads.
• Translate client business requirements into technical solutions using AWS and Azure.
• Define and implement cloud governance, best practices, and automation strategies.
• Integrate diverse data sources with data warehouses and data lakes.
• Lead pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and proposal development.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in data architecture.
• Expertise in Azure Cloud and AWS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Proficiency in Azure Synapse and PySpark.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake Services (ADLS).
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture concepts.
• Ability to articulate technical pros and cons of various platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud estimation and proposal writing.
