You will design and oversee technical and business solutions within the Azure data ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee technical and business solutions within the Azure data ecosystem.
• Migrate existing ETL jobs into Azure/Databricks cloud environments and operationalize deployments.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and management of the Azure Cloud environment.
• Support ETL staff with cloud best practices, efficiency optimization, and knowledge sharing.
• Implement automation and documentation for ETL Operations and cloud services.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Cloud Operations support in Azure, including large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Perl, Ruby, or equivalent.
• Experience with Databricks or other Spark-based platforms (Apache Spark).
• Significant experience with SAS, C++, Hadoop, SQL, and Python.
• Ability to troubleshoot cloud resource problems and perform complex system tests.
• Experience with Git integration in continuous deployment.
• Knowledge of IT operations in always-up/always-available environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps monitoring tools.
• Demonstrated experience with unstructured data.
