Requirements

10 or more years of experience in enterprise data architecture and designing Azure databases.

Proficiency in Databricks and engineering scalable Data Lakehouse architectures.

Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Monitor, and continuous integration CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Experience with designing robust data models, schema architectures, indexing strategies, Oracle databases, and Teradata.

Experience in executing automated data loads and infrastructure management utilizing Perl, PowerShell, ARM, and Azure CLI.

Experience with implementing role-based access controls, network encryption, Azure Backup, and Geo-replication disaster recovery strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to mentor technical staff and drive cross-functional collaborations.

Responsibilities

Architect and deploy modernized relational and non-relational database structures across Azure cloud ecosystems.

Design robust enterprise data models, complex schemas, and advanced indexing strategies to optimize data access patterns.

Evaluate and recommend optimal enterprise data platforms to transform overarching data-driven service delivery.

Engineer and maintain highly secure Data Lakehouse reserves while optimizing complex data transformation workflows.

Formulate comprehensive disaster recovery solutions and automated backup strategies to guarantee reliable data storage.

Enforce stringent network security standards to ensure enterprise data assets remain accessible and fully protected.

Provide expert architectural mentorship and execute comprehensive knowledge transfer sessions for database engineering teams
