Description

You will design and implement scalable data architectures within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem to support organizational business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive data architectures using Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, and other Azure data services.
• Manage and optimize Dedicated SQL Pools in Synapse for large-scale warehousing and analytics workloads.
• Design and implement databases using Azure SQL and Azure Managed Instance to ensure performance, availability, and security.
• Build and manage ETL processes via Synapse Pipelines to ensure efficient data flow from multiple sources.
• Implement data governance practices and manage the data catalog to maintain quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Create and maintain scalable data models and oversee data security measures to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Synapse Analytics, Dedicated SQL Pools, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Managed Instance.
• 5+ years of experience in DDL, DML T-SQL, advanced stored procedure writing, indexing, transactions, and error handling.
• 4+ years of experience in data architecture design principles and methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in data governance, security, and privacy compliance.
• 3+ years of experience integrating data from various sources and managing large data pipelines.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud computing, storage, and compute capabilities.
• 1+ years of experience with Python or Scala.
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce, Message MQ, and MuleSoft.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification.
• MS Dynamics Power Platform Certifications.
