Description

Lead technical implementation and engineering standards for data-driven solutions in the clinical trials domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore and offshore teams through the full development lifecycle, providing technical guidance and reviewing as-built configurations.
• Design technical solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements while reviewing architecture and design artifacts.
• Execute hands-on implementation of proposed solutions and manage deployment phases.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and provide due diligence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering and DevOps roles.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure SQL DB, Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake.
• Expert-level T-SQL and experience in data modeling and database design.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence architecture.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Lean, and Kanban.
• Experience with Azure services including Analysis Services and Logic Apps.
• Domain experience in clinical trials and clinical trial data modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python, PySpark, Power BI, and SSIS.
