Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions for a cloud-based data warehouse initiative.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Azure Cloud services.
• Design and implement ETL processes to ingest, transform, and load data into Snowflake.
• Implement and maintain Data Vault 2.0 methodologies to ensure warehouse scalability and integrity.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to design data models that meet business requirements.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines and warehouse operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehousing platforms.
• Solid implementation experience with Data Vault 2.0 methodology.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java for data manipulation and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the investment management or financial services sector.
• Familiarity with big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Azure or AWS certifications, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer.
