Description

You will build and maintain streaming applications and real-time analytics pipelines within the P&C insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop streaming applications and real-time analytics solutions using Kafka.
• Implement data processing workflows using Databricks.
• Design and execute complex SQL and PL/SQL for advanced analytics.
• Build optimal multi-threaded applications using Java and Python.
• Integrate with Majesco and Duck Creek systems within the P&C claims space.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Kafka streaming applications.
• 5+ years of Object-Oriented Programming using Java and Python.
• 5+ years of complex SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Experience in the P&C Claims domain.
• Direct experience working with Majesco and Duck Creek.
• Proficiency with databases including Netezza, Oracle, and Snowflake.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Experience working within an Agile framework.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ELK, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of data quality, data profiling, and information governance.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
• Experience designing cloud-ready applications and deployment pipelines on container platforms.
