You will design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions on the Azure platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable data architectures using Azure data services.
• Develop and optimize data engineering tasks using Python.
• Apply project delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
• Enforce cloud security principles, specifically within Azure Active Directory.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
• Expertise in designing solutions using Azure Data Lake and Synapse Analytics.
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering and automation tasks.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile project delivery frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with utility industry practices and standards.
• Experience with statistical analysis or BI tools for data visualization.
