Description

You will build and maintain data pipelines and data solutions on Azure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models using SQL and dimensional modelling techniques.
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes using relevant tools.
• Process large datasets utilizing big data frameworks and Spark.
• Ensure data quality and adherence to data warehousing best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of proven experience with SQL, schema design, and dimensional data modelling.
• Expert proficiency in PySpark and Spark SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools.
• Strong experience with Databricks and big data technologies.
• Solid knowledge of Azure data services.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Cosmos DB.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure Stream Analytics or Azure Analysis Service.
• Experience with cloud migration methodologies.
