You will design and build data solutions within the Azure ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Administer and manage systems on SLES and RHEL operating systems, covering storage, networking, and backup.
• Ensure infrastructure security by configuring VPCs, subnets, NACLs, and Security Groups.
• Optimize cloud resource usage and select appropriate pricing models to achieve cost efficiency.
• Establish and maintain DNS, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery procedures.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional working experience in data engineering or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Databricks for data pipeline development.
• Proficiency with AWS core services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda) and distributed system design.
• Strong knowledge of SLES and RHEL operating systems, including system administration tasks.
• Understanding of IAM, least privilege, and AWS governance policies.
• Experience setting up secure AWS infrastructure using VPC components.
• Knowledge of monitoring, analytics, and management tools within the cloud environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing efficient and scalable cloud architectures adhering to security and cost principles.
