Description

You will design, develop, and implement enterprise data architectures and scalable cloud-based solutions on Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design Azure-based technical architectures, migration approaches, and application optimizations.
• Build data pipelines for streaming use cases and create lakehouses in Azure.
• Implement automation tools, including CI/CD pipelines, to streamline development.
• Draft architectural diagrams, interface specifications, and Architectural Decision Records.
• Troubleshoot production issues and act as a technical advisor for data product infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Azure Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience building data lakes and data warehouses for operational and business intelligence.
• Experience with Kafka or other event streaming mechanisms.
• Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies.
• Familiarity with IT security practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and key management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI/ML solutions.
