Description

You will design, build, and optimize data pipelines and architectures within the Azure ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines to aggregate data across functional teams.
• Optimize data collection, cleansing, mapping, and transformation processes for storage and use.
• Load transformed data into data warehouses and reporting structures.
• Automate tasks and deploy production-standard code using unit testing and DevOps integration.
• Collaborate with database architects, analysts, and data scientists to ensure consistent data delivery architecture.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience building and supporting large-scale cloud systems on Microsoft Azure.
• Expert proficiency with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and management.
• Deep understanding of Data Warehousing, Dimensional modelling, and OLAP design.
• Experience with DevOps processes, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency in version control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PySpark, Spark-SQL, or Azure Databricks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
