Description

Own data engineering solutions on Azure, designing specifications and implementing ETL pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and create specifications documents, including Source to Target Mapping (STTM).
• Develop and implement ETL processes using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse.
• Process large datasets using PySpark and Python within Databricks environments.
• Mentor and guide junior engineering resources.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience in Data warehousing and ETL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, PySpark, and Python.
• Experience with Azure Synapse and general Datawarehouse concepts.
• Ability to translate design requirements into technical specifications.
• Flexibility to work from client office locations.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant industry certifications.
• Experience in Banking (RISK & Regulatory, Commercial, or Credit Cards/Retail).
