Build and maintain data-heavy applications and systems within a complex development environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-heavy applications using PySpark and Python.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT processes.
• Manage data workflows using Azure Data Factory and Azure cloud services.
• Maintain version control and deployment pipelines within the DevOps lifecycle.
• Collaborate using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale application development.
• Proven experience in investment banking or financial services.
• Strong programming proficiency in PySpark and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Gen 2, and Azure Databases.
• Deep understanding of Azure Functions and cloud architecture.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in RDBMS.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Git and Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience with Databricks.
• Experience with SQL Auto Loader.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
