Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures within the Azure ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Build and optimize storage solutions using Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Cosmos DB.
• Implement data quality checks, governance, and security best practices across all platforms.
• Automate data integration and transformation processes using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure performance and scalability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering focused on Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or other scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Deep understanding of Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Cosmos DB.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL design, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate certification.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
