Description

You will design and implement scalable data solutions using Azure Databricks and Synapse.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design dimensional models using star and snowflake schemas, implementing SCD Type 1 and Type 2.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
• Write complex Spark SQL queries with advanced window and ranking functions.
• Develop PySpark workflows for data processing and orchestration.
• Translate business requirements into efficient, scalable data architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Expertise in Azure Databricks, Synapse, and Delta Lake.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Spark SQL optimization.
• Experience with PySpark for data transformation and workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of data versioning and ACID transactions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI.
