Description

Lead the enhancement of an Investment Reporting System by delivering cloud-native solutions and guiding engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor engineering teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Translate architectural designs from Solution Architects into detailed, actionable engineering tasks.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines, cloud-native architectures, and database migration strategies.
• Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Provide technical problem-solving support throughout the full development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar technical role.
• Proven experience in a Lead Engineer or technical leadership position.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Event Grid, and Service Bus.
• Strong experience developing ETL pipelines and cloud-native architectures.
• Mandatory experience within the insurance domain.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Databricks and other advanced Azure data services.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
