Description

Design and implement automation solutions for CRM systems, data management platforms, and technical processes in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations to streamline data flow between systems.
• Leverage AI and machine learning technologies to enhance automation capabilities and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement quality assurance processes and monitor automated systems for performance and accuracy.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL.
• 3+ years of experience building cloud-native software.
• 3+ years of experience with message queueing systems.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, K8s, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, BMC Control M, or Salt Stack.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, Salesforce, and API integrations.
• Experience with transactional and analytical databases, including relational and NoSQL design.
• Experience designing and deploying greenfield projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of financial services industry, specifically debt settlement.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
