Description

You will own data integration and transformation workflows within the Azure ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data integration workflows and Azure Synapse Analytics environments.
• Implement and support ETL processes using Azure Data Factory.
• Configure IoT Hub with TLS 1.2 for secure bidirectional device communication.
• Develop and unit test data pipelines for structured and unstructured formats.
• Manage cloud-based IoT multi-tenant services and device communication patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data integration and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Event Grid.
• Advanced T-SQL skills, including complex joins, sub-queries, and best practices.
• Expertise in ETL, OLAP, and OLTP processes and database schemas.
• Experience integrating XML, EDI, JSON, Excel, and flat file formats.
• Proven experience building Azure cloud-based IoT solutions and managing device communication.
• Working knowledge of TLS protocols and securing IoT Hub configurations.
• Familiarity with TDD/BDD methodologies.

• Degree in any graduate field.
