Description

Lead data engineering initiatives and architect end-to-end data warehouse systems within the Azure ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall architecture and structure for data warehouse systems.
• Build efficient ETL architectures using Azure native services.
• Lead a team of data engineers to deliver ETL and reporting projects.
• Execute Azure migration projects and optimize in-application SQL statements.
• Troubleshoot database issues and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with extensive Azure native services (Functions, WebJobs, App Services, AKS, Logic Apps).
• Deep knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, tables, and views.
• Proven ability to manage and execute Azure migration projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing reporting solutions with Power BI and Azure Analysis Services.
• Microsoft Certifications such as Azure Fundamentals or Azure Data Engineer Associate.
