Description

Provide L3 production support for enterprise data platforms built on Azure Data Lake, Databricks, PySpark pipelines, and TigerGraph.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep RCA for data failures, performance issues, and incidents across ADLS, Databricks, and TigerGraph.
• Troubleshoot batch/streaming pipelines, Databricks clusters, workflows, and graph queries to resolve latency and ingestion issues.
• Support production releases, hotfixes, and deployments while maintaining runbooks and SOPs.
• Guide L2 teams and ensure SLA adherence for stability and performance.
• Participate in on-call and shift-based support rotations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data platform support or engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) Gen2 and Azure Databricks.
• Advanced PySpark debugging and performance tuning capabilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of TigerGraph, including GSQL, loaders, schema design, and query performance.
• Strong SQL skills and proven data troubleshooting methodology.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and ITSM tools.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting graph databases in production environments.
• Background in guiding lower-tier support teams.
