Description

You will lead complex Azure Data projects as the technical and delivery owner.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects, overseeing design and implementation of complex data solutions on the Azure Data Platform.
• Manage project Gross Margin, end-to-end project plans, and deliverables across multiple parties.
• Track and own all internal and external project issues and risks, escalating for closure.
• Demonstrate thought leadership to business partners to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Conduct regular customer status reviews and manage delivery processes to align with client needs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of total IT experience, including at least 8 years in Azure Data projects.
• At least 4 years managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Experience building solutions involving Data Pipelines, Data Warehousing, and Data Modelling on Azure.
• Proficiency in designing and developing data pipelines and ETL using ADF and Databricks.
• Proficiency in working with Azure Data Lake and Synapse on Azure.
• Extensive experience with SQL programming and Azure/SQL Server environments.
• Ability to manage projects using metrics and data, creating necessary review templates.
• Strong consulting, influencing, and communication skills for client engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Strong experience working in an Onsite-Offshore delivery model.
• Familiarity with the Health care domain, particularly Provider space (Value Based Care).
