Description

You will lead technical data projects from requirement analysis through to delivery using Agile methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan project requirements, detailed estimates, resource loading, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal resources to ensure specified outcomes are met.
• Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members during project initiatives.
• Manage scope, change requests, and escalations while conducting project reviews and status reporting.
• Oversee User Acceptance Test (UAT) cycles and secure formal sign-off.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT industry experience with 5+ years in management.
• Experience implementing projects in ODS, Data Lake, DWH, and Data Marts.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Azure Blob Storage, ADF, ADLS Gen2, Synapse, Azure SQL DW, Azure Purview, and Python.
• Proficiency in SDLC models, including Incremental, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong skills in SQL and Python.
• Ability to establish deep understanding of business processes to drive technical standards.

Preferred Skills

• Insurance domain background.
