Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and architectural strategy for enterprise-level Azure Data Platform solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and review data architecture requirements for stakeholders, including architects and product owners.
• Lead data migrations from legacy systems to new solutions using end-to-end ETL processes.
• Develop and troubleshoot complex technical problems across OLAP, OLTP, and Data Warehouse environments.
• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models for relational and dimensional solutions.
• Implement data quality processes, security, and performance tuning for BI and analytics products.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with SQL Server Data Warehouse.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Modeling.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure Data Lake.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake Gen2, and Azure SQL DB.
• Strong expertise in MS-SQL and SQL Server DB.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps processes.
• Proven ability to architect and design solutions for Data Lake and ETL projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Functions and implementing metadata-driven dynamic Azure pipelines.
• Proficiency with data modeling tools such as Erwin or Enterprise Architect.
• Certifications in Architecture, Analytics, Data Science, or Cloud.
