Description

You will manage and optimize a cloud-based Azure environment consisting of approximately 200 databases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize around 200 databases within the Azure infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers to support application data requirements.
• Execute data migration tasks across cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain Azure SQL instances and Azure Virtual Machines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure SQL.
• Experience managing databases on Azure Virtual Machines.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with data migration processes.
• Ability to work in a purely cloud-based environment without on-premises infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with Databricks.
