Description

You will manage and maintain database infrastructure within the Azure cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain Azure Cosmos DB and SQL server environments, including provisioning, patching, and scaling.
• Design, implement, and optimize Cosmos DB resources and configure security, access control, and encryption.
• Design, implement, and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies for Azure databases.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using HashiCorp CDKTF and ARM templates.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate container builds and deployments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in database administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure Cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cosmos DB and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and SQL database management.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with ARM templates or HashiCorp CDKTF.
• Understanding of Azure networking, RBAC, and identity integration.
• Experience supporting patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of container workloads.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines.
