Description

Architect and implement scalable data solutions using Databricks on the Lakehouse Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead implementation of secure, scalable data solutions on Databricks, utilizing Delta Lake and Unity Catalog.
• Define technical standards and enforce compliance and governance for sensitive financial data.
• Develop optimized data marts within Databricks to support analytics as a hands-on expert.
• Write efficient data pipelines using Python/PySpark and SQL, and manage the CI/CD process.
• Translate business requirements from Risk and Finance teams into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Data Architecture or Data Engineering.
• 4+ years of deep, hands-on Databricks expertise, including Spark, Delta Lake, and performance tuning.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and PySpark.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
• Strong domain knowledge in Lending and Deposit data, including loan origination, servicing, and regulatory data.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Bachelor's degree.
