Description

You will design and implement cloud data hubs, data lakes, and analytical stores using Azure Databricks and Spark.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable data platforms using Azure Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Python, Scala, and SQL.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments via Azure DevOps.
• Execute hands-on technical implementation rather than providing only architectural oversight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
• Maintain production support and ensure stability in large-scale environments.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or platform engineering.
• Deep expertise in Azure Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Python, Scala, and SQL.
• Proven track record designing cloud data hubs and analytical data stores.
• Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices.
• Experience with reusable frameworks, shell scripting, and production support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or insurance domains.
• Knowledge of Event Hub, Cosmos DB, Azure Synapse, or other Azure analytics services.
• Databricks or Microsoft Azure certifications.
