Description

Lead the implementation and scaling of a new Azure Databricks data platform within a large-scale environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement Azure Databricks in a scalable way by working closely with stakeholders.
• Develop and update Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to improve security, reliability, and usability.
• Configure Databricks to meet the specific needs of engineering teams.
• Partner with downstream teams to decrease lead times for platform usage.
• Drive the integration of other cloud solutions and software products with minimal guidance.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of experience working with Azure cloud tools.
• Proven experience implementing Azure Databricks within a large organisation.
• Strong programming skills in Python and at least one other language.
• Hands-on experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Experience managing and working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with modern build, test, and deployment tools.
• Ability to write and refactor code effectively.
• Fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken).

• Apply behaviour-driven design principles to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
