Description

You will design and implement data solutions within the Azure Databricks ecosystem, owning the architecture and delivery of batch and streaming environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Propose optimized architectures for new and existing projects to reduce latency and costs.
• Manage Databricks core projects, including migrating data sources and managing configurations.
• Monitor Azure and Databricks resource usage and provide cost reports for existing sources.
• Suggest optimal resource configurations based on cost and performance analysis.
• Collect customer requirements and lead offshore teams to deliver assigned projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency with Azure Databricks and Azure platform services.
• Strong experience with Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and SSIS.
• Ability to manage Azure administration and platform services.
• Experience optimizing batch and streaming data environments.
