Description

Design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions and ETL pipelines on the Azure platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Manage data lakes, ensure data quality, and implement security protocols.
• Implement data governance frameworks including lineage, cataloging, and privacy measures.
• Create insightful reports and visualizations using Power BI.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver secure, scalable data architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Azure Data Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Data Lake.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Experience building ETL pipelines and managing data lakes.
• Knowledge of Azure security protocols, identity management, and encryption.
• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate certification is required.
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data lineage.

Preferred Skills

• Databricks Machine Learning Certificate.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database, Synapse Analytics, and Cosmos DB.
• .NET C# development skills.
