Description

You will define end-to-end solution architectures on Microsoft Azure, emphasizing cloud-native design principles and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Make architectural decisions across identity, security, networking, platform services, data access, resiliency, and cost governance.
• Partner with clients to identify high-value AI use cases and translate them into deliverable architectures meeting enterprise security and compliance expectations.
• Establish architecture standards, patterns, and guardrails aligned with Microsoft and Hitachi Solutions best practices.
• Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams to ensure solutions are buildable, testable, and operable.
• Partner with Sales to drive solution design during pursuits, including discovery, architecture definition, and estimation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, cloud architecture, or senior technical leadership roles.
• Deep experience designing Azure-native solutions for enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering AI-enabled solutions with Microsoft technology.
• Strong background in consulting or professional services, specifically within architecture governance or design authority models.
• Expertise in .NET 8+, C#, and Azure PaaS.
• Proficiency in Clean Architecture, SOLID Principles, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure Functions isolated worker model, async patterns, and advanced generics.
• Experience with Cosmos DB partitioning, Service Bus topics/DLQ, and Key Vault.
• Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and Azure Well-Architected Framework.
