Description

You design and implement data integration solutions and ETL processes within the Azure ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture requirements by collaborating with development teams and senior designers.
• Conduct impact assessments to determine high-level design and effort estimation.
• Lead prototype design and define final architectures to meet client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for architectural initiatives to improve platform scalability.
• Mentor staff members and provide technical troubleshooting support to other Azure developers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience with database technologies and ETL tools.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing custom ETL processes and automation.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and solid understanding of OOP concepts and class-based design.
• Experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
• Experience with Azure Cloud services including Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Blob Storage, and HD Insight.
• Proficiency in working with various REST APIs.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience with Azure API Management.
• Experience with Azure Functions.
