We are seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer & Administrator to support mission criticalgovernment systems and cloud modernization initiatives. This role isresponsible for architecting, securing, and maintaining Azure DevOps and GitHubEnterprise environments, implementing CI/CD automation, and ensuring compliancewith commonwealth security frameworks. The ideal candidate has deep experiencewith Azure DevOps tooling, GitHub administration, and secure cloud operationswithin regulated environments.

Required Experience in Azure DevOps as both developer and administrator
Required Proficiency in Azure DevOps Services and Azure cloud administration
Required Hands on experience administering GitHub Enterprise (Cloud or Server)
Required Expertise of CI/CD best practices, branching strategies, and DevOps methodologies
Required Proficiency in Git and branching strategies
Required Solid understanding of **Infrastructure as Code** (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM).
Required Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell
Required Experience supporting systems in regulated or compliance driven environments.
Required Strong documentation and communication skills.
Required Microsoft certifications (AZ 400, AZ 104, AZ 305)
Highly desired GitHub certifications (GitHub Foundations, GitHub Actions, GitHub Administration)
Highly desired Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics)
Highly desired Experience with security and compliance in cloud environments
Highly desired Background in .NET, Java, Node.js, or similar development ecosystems
Highly desired YAML pipelines (Azure Pipelines & GitHub Actions)
