Description

You will act as a Site Reliability Engineer and application support lead focusing on platform stability and observability.

Responsibilities

• Set up monitoring systems and dashboards to enhance application availability and performance.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases while addressing production issues and participating in proactive bridges.
• Assist with end-to-end platform and application migrations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on platform releases and support infrastructure patching.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SRE or related roles.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Istio.
• Experience with monitoring tools including Splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana, OpenSearch, and Grafana.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry for application logging.
• Experience with GraphQL API.
• Familiarity with Java and Linux servers.
• Expertise with GitHub and release tools like Jenkins or XLR.
• Understanding of network load balancing and SSL certificates.
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow and cloud technologies.
