Description

Design and architect cloud-native, microservices-based solutions with a focus on scalability, availability, and performance. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and GKE, including Helm chart deployment and cluster optimization via Rancher.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Services and GitHub, implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD for automated, multi-environment deployments.
• Implement full-stack observability using Prometheus and Grafana, defining alerts, SLA/SLOs, and supporting production reliability.
• Ensure architecture adheres to security, compliance, and cost-optimization best practices while enforcing infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Integrate asynchronous messaging solutions using RabbitMQ and optimize PostgreSQL performance, backup, and recovery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Expertise in GCP, Kubernetes, and Helm-based production deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services, GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline strategies.
• Strong background in Docker, Docker Compose, and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automated quality gates.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and RabbitMQ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL performance tuning and cloud-native deployments.
• Knowledge of NuGet-based package management and unit testing frameworks like NUnit.
