Description

Own the quality assurance strategy and execution for web applications, balancing automated and manual testing to ensure reliable production releases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium WebDriver.
• Execute manual testing and collaborate with developers to resolve defects and validate fixes.
• Implement BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow and apply Page Object Model (POM) patterns.
• Manage version control workflows using Git and GitHub, including branching strategies and code reviews.
• Document test cases, automation procedures, and provide actionable feedback on test results.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, specifically Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript with a strong understanding of OOP principles.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Hands-on experience with Git version control and GitHub workflows.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS selectors, and cross-browser testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into automated test scenarios using BDD or Data-Driven approaches.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, or RAG.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD platforms.
