Description

You will act as the functional liaison between business units and technical teams to support environmental, social, and financial management operations. You will own the requirements lifecycle for transactional, compliance-driven systems, ensuring alignment with frequently changing banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and write user stories and BRDs for complex systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile PMs to define system functionality.
• Design data-driven tools focused on form usability, data entry workflows, and dashboard reporting.
• Navigate large, bureaucratic organizational structures to coordinate requirements across diverse groups.
• Document technical requirements for systems interacting with external data sources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or functional roles.
• Proven experience with transactional systems and large-scale data projects.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Jira or TFS for requirements management.
• Experience designing forms, data entry workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong communication skills for navigating complex, multi-level organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to VersionOne or Digital.ai.
