Description

You administer Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise environments, designing secure CI/CD pipelines and ensuring governance compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Azure DevOps Services and GitHub Enterprise, managing permissions, SSO, and RBAC.
• Design and maintain YAML-based CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Implement branch policies, security groups, and automated testing workflows aligned with agency change control.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to support ATO processes, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment issues and mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps Services and GitHub Enterprise.
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipeline engineering using YAML, Azure Pipelines, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience integrating pipelines with Azure services including AKS, App Services, Functions, SQL, and Key Vault.
• Knowledge of SQL and database integration within deployment workflows.
• Understanding of governance, auditing, and security best practices in public sector or regulated environments.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical standards and operational procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI platform tools and GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of federal identity and security requirements.
