Description

You will administer and optimize Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise environments, managing pipelines, security, and governance for federal compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure DevOps Services (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts) and GitHub Enterprise Cloud, including RBAC, SSO, and security groups.
• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using YAML in Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions, integrating automated testing and artifact management.
• Implement governance policies, branch strategies, and audit logging aligned with federal identity and security requirements.
• Integrate pipelines with Azure services such as AKS, App Services, Functions, SQL, Key Vault, and Storage.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to support ATO processes, vulnerability remediation, and continuous monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.
• Strong proficiency in YAML-based pipeline configuration and CI/CD engineering.
• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS), SQL, and Azure Key Vault.
• Knowledge of GitHub Copilot and AI platform integration.
• Ability to manage RBAC, service connections, and agent pools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex deployment issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in government or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of AI platform administration.
