Description

You will design, implement, and continuously improve DevOps capabilities across Azure environments, owning the release pipeline and infrastructure automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain YAML-based CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to improve build and release reliability.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or ARM templates to automate environment provisioning.
• Manage Azure DevOps components including repositories, branching strategies, build agents, and artifact management.
• Partner with development teams to integrate automated testing, code quality checks, and deployment gates.
• Drive DevSecOps practices by embedding security checks and policy-as-code into CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience with a strong focus on Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using YAML and managing end-to-end release workflows.
• Hands-on experience with IaC using Terraform and/or ARM templates.
• Proficiency with Git-based source control and branching strategies.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Bash to automate operational tasks.
• Experience implementing monitoring and alerting for cloud workloads.
• Experience with Docker and containerized workloads.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AKS/Kubernetes, Helm, and container security best practices.
• Familiarity with security tooling and governance controls such as policy-as-code and CI/CD security scanning.
