Description

Own the design, optimization, and maintenance of CI/CD toolchains across Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage highly available Jenkins masters and agents, implementing auto-scaling strategies for dynamic workloads.
• Develop shared libraries and reusable CI/CD pipeline templates to standardize and accelerate delivery.
• Customize pipelines for SQL Server and other project-specific requirements to improve efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts, defining long-term corrective actions and remediation plans.
• Create detailed documentation for CI/CD processes and present status reports to leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jenkins, including Pipeline as Code, plugin management, and customization.
• Deep understanding of Azure DevOps and Azure cloud platforms.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills in Python.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for SQL Server.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams to identify technical debt.
