Description

You will lead a small team of DevOps engineers to drive value delivery through automated provisioning, deployment, and monitoring in PaaS/IaaS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of DevOps engineers using Agile methodology with a focus on continuous delivery.
• Implement 12-factor, cloud-native applications and repeatable DevOps processes through automation.
• Develop and maintain containerization strategies leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure serverless technologies.
• Drive engagement with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure application deployment.
• Manage production support, maintenance, and the development of technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT, application development, or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and public cloud infrastructure services.
• Proficiency with ADO, GitHub, and building automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Proven track record of refactoring legacy monoliths into cloud-native microservices.
• Practical scripting skills and experience with network technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure platform services including Azure SQL, Service Bus, Event Hubs, and Application Insights.
• Understanding of security, authentication, and SSO across cloud and on-premises environments.

Preferred Skills

• Background in application development for large-scale web applications.
• In-depth knowledge of 24x7 operations, including Incident, Change, and Capacity Management.
• Azure and Kubernetes certifications.
